Representative Matters

Mr. Snow represents a Fortune 500 company in multiple cases involving a 2013 natural gas explosion that destroyed a Kansas City restaurant. The claims asserted by the various plaintiffs include claims for wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage which involve millions of dollars in damage. In one case, Mr. Snow tried a six-week long jury trial involving over 65 fact and expert witnesses. In that case, the Plaintiffs received less than 20 percent of their last settlement demand and no punitive damages.

Mr. Snow represented another Fortune 500 company in a case involving construction defects at over 20 properties in ten different states. In that case, Mr. Snow personally took over 100 depositions of fact and expert witnesses and attended multiple mediations before the case was resolved via a confidential settlement.

Mr. Snow recently represented an engineering firm in a multi-million dollar dispute involving the design and construction of a large retaining wall in Oklahoma. After multiple depositions, Mr. Snow was able to resolve the matter on behalf of his client for less than 10% of the claimed damages.
